Section 1: Overview of Ohio Online Assessment Reporting System

Online Score Report

The Online Score Report is the default report that appears after you log in. It provides summaries of results at various levels: districts, schools, teachers, classes, and students. At each level, you will see overall scale scores and the percentage of students who are at each proficiency level, which allows for overall data analysis.

The scale scores in these reports keep the performance standards (e.g., the proficiency level) comparable from year to year, even though a new version of the test is administered during each testing cycle. Scale scores from different subjects cannot be compared.

District Report

If you are a district leader, your Online Score Report will show how the students in your district schools performed in each test subject. You can also compare these overall school scores to the overall district score, as well as to other districts throughout the state. You will also be able to see school and class reports, as well as individual score reports.
